Between the hype and harm: does artificial intelligence in health offer solace or further exclusion for marginalised populations in Sub-Saharan Africa? A scoping review.

Participants from various professional groups in residential aged care facilities, providing diverse perspectives on organisational conditions for person-centred care. Focus group discussions enabled interaction, collective reflection and exploration of shared experiences related to everyday care and leadership practice. The combination of inductive thematic analysis and deductive interpretation strengthened the analytical depth, but the deductive approach may also have influenced how the findings were interpreted.
