Abstract
Longitudinal design with repeated Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) measurements, allowing modelling of pain trajectories over time. Broad, data-driven candidate set restricted to prespecified, clinically plausible domains, using both total scores and item-level indicators. NPRS was collected without a specified recall period, which may have increased measurement error and attenuated associations.
