Abstract
Use of qualitative methods through semi-structured interviews allowed for thorough accounts of coordinators’ experiences and perspectives, while still being adaptive to emerging themes in conversation. Flexibility in data collection based on participant availability and preferences ensured respect for the critical work of coordinators and optimal engagement. An experienced independent researcher and healthcare professional conducted interviews to ensure credibility and management of ethical issues and sensitive topics.
