Abstract
Machine learning model predicts lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer pre-surgery. Key predictors include EMVI, T stage, fibrinogen, systolic blood pressure, TT, and AFU. The GBM algorithm shows robust performance in both internal and external validation.
