Braining had not previously been implemented or evaluated outside the setting in which it was developed. Feasibility of recruitment, adherence to study procedures, exercise attendance, and ActiGraph-based physical activity measurement was uncertain in patients with SUD, a population often underrepresented in controlled research. Recruitment and adherence to study procedures were feasible and acceptability was high, but exercise attendance was below the target frequency and ActiGraph-based physical activity measurement was not feasible in its current form.
