Abstract

Exhaustion and cynicism were relatively more pronounced than low professional efficacy in the formal sample. Workload showed the largest standardized coefficient among the demand-side regression models (β = 0.608). Social support, distributive justice, and career development opportunities were the most influential resource-side buffers.
