Abstract
Exercise practitioners should deliver online, supervised resistance training for breast cancer survivors with built-in equipment support and flexibility to accommodate participants’ schedules and treatment side effects. Policymakers should fund and promote accessible, scalable online resistance exercise programs tailored to racially and ethnically diverse cancer survivor populations to advance health equity in survivorship care. Researchers should refine recruitment methods and intervention strategies to maximize participation, individualize support, and identify scalable features for sustained adoption of remote exercise programs among breast cancer survivors.
