Abstract
This study implements a real-time Delphi exercise, which substantially reduces the time required to achieve consensus. Convention of the experts in an international conference would be in favour of engaging them in real-time. Domain selection and specific questions at a granular level would facilitate the convergence and consistency in expert responses.
