Abstract
Large sample size: The study included 500 participants, enhancing the reliability and generalisability of the findings regarding postoperative health self-management. Comprehensive knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP) assessment: Using a self-administered questionnaire allowed for detailed insights into KAP related to postoperative care. Cross-sectional design: The study’s cross-sectional nature limits the ability to establish causality between KAP scores and postoperative outcomes over time.
