Prevalence and Associated Factors of Hypomineralised Second Primary Molars in 3-5-Year-Old Children in Aydın, Türkiye.

The Moments that Matter parenting programme, delivered primarily by community volunteers with supportive engagement by faith leaders, improved multiple domains of nurturing care, including caregiver stimulation, caregiver psychosocial well-being, nutrition-related practices, reduced harsh discipline and intimate partner violence, and increased maternal reports of male caregiver involvement. Despite these gains, MTM had no overall impact on early child development outcomes. The findings suggest that parenting programmes can be integrated through community- and faith-based platformsin low-resource settings.
