Abstract
We comply with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020 guidelines and the Preferred Reporting Items for Overviews of Reviews (PRIOR) statement, using a preregistered protocol. Methodological quality and evidence certainty were evaluated using A MeaSurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews 2 (AMSTAR 2) and the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) framework, respectively. We included only systematic reviews of randomised controlled trials to reduce the risk of bias.
