Abstract
Earlier help-seeking with the App phase was associated with fewer hospitalizations, suggesting potential to reduce preventable admissions. Despite its simplicity, app engagement declined over time, underscoring the need for strategies to sustain long-term digital self-care. Women were less likely to adopt the app, but once engaged, their use was comparable with men, highlighting the need for equitable approaches to digital health uptake.
