STOP-Bang Modification for Screening Treatment-Relevant Obstructive Sleep Apnea in Cluster Headache: A Retrospective Cohort Study.

Fixed-dose sumatriptan/naproxen sodium achieved 2-h pain relief in 68.8% and 2-h pain freedom in 23.8% of 320 treated migraine attacks. Full return to normal activities occurred in 64.4% of attacks by 2 h. Rescue medication was avoided in 76.9% of treated attacks, supporting durable attack control in routine practice.
