REQUIREMENTS:
- Master Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology from recognized university
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Good knowledge of psychological assessment and counseling techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy, patience, non-judgmental approach
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and behavioral evaluations
- Provide individual counseling and psychological support to clients
- Identify emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns
- Develop appropriate counseling and intervention plans based on client needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Monitor clients progress and modify intervention strategies when required
- Provide guidance on stress management, emotional well-being, relationships, and coping strategies
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare or support professionals
- Participate in awareness programs, workshops, and mental health initiatives
