REQUIREMENTS:
- Terminal degree in Psychology or closely related field
- Must meet SACSCOC accreditation requirements (C.S. 3.7.1)
- Some teaching experience

PREFERRED:
- Instructor of record for college level classes
- Prior university-level teaching experience
- Coursework/experience teaching Psychological Statistics, Research Methods, Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Human Development

COURSES TO TEACH:
- Introduction to Psychology
- Introduction to Human Development
- Statistics
- Research Methods
- Topical freshman (GC1Y) or sophomore seminar (GC2Y) courses

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full-time instructional load teaching 5 courses in areas of expertise
- Regular course meetings and instruction
- Mentoring students
- Help department in recruiting majors
- Attend department meetings and events
- Stay current in field
