SALARY: 3,585.24 - 5,117.03

REQUIREMENTS:
- PhD/EdD/JD
- Doctoral degree in applied psychology or related field
- Licensed or license eligible in CA in applied Psychology
- Demonstrated teaching experience
- Must be authorized to work in US (no visa sponsorship available)

PREFERRED:
- Doctoral degree in applied psychology
- Training in Community Mental Health, Social Work, Child/adolescent mental health, Career Counseling, Telehealth
- Obtained licensure in applied psychology
- Expertise in establishing internship/practicum sites

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach 6 courses per year in Psychology, emphasis on applied areas related to Social Work
- Coordinate with placement sites, internship partners, community-based organizations
- Establish and maintain partnerships supporting student workforce readiness
- Support post-graduate employment activities (job readiness, career navigation)
- Provide academic advising and individualized student support
- Assist students in developing educational and career plans aligned with wellness coaching
- Connect students to academic, personal, professional support resources
- Service on college and university committees
- Assist with tracking graduate outcomes and workforce placement

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Focus on development of Wellness Coaching Minor. Serve as internship coordinator for all undergraduate Psychology programs. Support Certified Wellness Coach Education Program funded through HCAI initiative.
