SALARY: £49,387 - £56,515 a year (Band 7)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified High Intensity CBT Therapist
- Experience working with anxiety and depression
- Experience within an NHS Talking Therapies service desirable
- Newly qualified applicants welcome
- Must meet UK Visas and Immigration sponsorship requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high quality CBT to adults with common mental health problems
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines
- Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to CBT therapists and trainees
- Deliver CBT in accordance with NICE guidelines
- Meet key performance indicators and agreed activity levels
- Promote wellbeing and social inclusion
- Take clinical specialty in designated areas (LTC, older adults, veterans, etc.)
- Take a role in service development and working with other agencies

ABOUT THE SERVICE:
NHS Kirklees Talking Therapies provides psychological therapies for depression and anxiety. 8-8 service Monday to Friday. Sessions via video, telephone or face-to-face. NICE compliant psychotherapy incorporating CBT, Counselling and Guided Self Help.
