REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc (Hons) Psychology
- Masters in Clinical/Counselling Psychology preferred
- Fluent in English and Sinhala
- Organised, detail-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct client intake calls and manage scheduling across multiple centres
- Support counselling functions, risk assessment and outcome measures
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain clinical notes
- Receive clinical supervision, full training and hands-on experience
