REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology
- Strong clinical and counselling skills
- Experience in assessment, case management and therapy planning
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Stakeholder coordination and operational management skills
- Must be open to travel

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct clinical screening for CISF and CRPS Jawans
- Provide clinical and counselling services
- Manage client intake, assessment and caseloads
- Develop and review individualized care/service plans
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Prepare clinical session notes on a weekly basis
- Ensure documentation meets organizational standards
- Develop and customize content for workshops and training sessions
- Deliver mental health sessions to assigned audience
- Participate in training and mock sessions

FOCUS: Support mental well-being of CISF and CRPS Jawans through clinical services, outreach and awareness
